Jeff, picture here with his wife, Victoria, has over 40 years experience in construction with particular and significant experience in energy efficient architecturally designed residential housing projects. After joining one of the Worlds largest and most successful building product manufactures at the age of 21, Jeff went on to work for that business for almost 30 years. An experienced supplier of manufactured homes and one of the original and early SAP Assessors, Jeff has a huge database of well over 50 developers throughout the UK, all of which could be possible purchasers of your land following successful planning permission. developers throughout the UK and at House Building events.
Rosey Cassidy

Rosey's career in land and planning began at 18, shaped by a family background in property development. She started as a land agent, sourcing and selling development opportunities to housebuilders across the UK, before specialising in development viability and consultancy advising developers across every stage of the process — from land acquisition and planning through to delivery. She brings a rare end-to-end understanding of what makes a site work, and a proven track record of achieving planning permission (currently 100% success) for landowners.

Tom identifies and appraises new sites across England, working closely with landowners and their agents to structure option agreements that deliver the best possible terms.
